MADA Colour Run

By registering for the MADA Colour Run 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• I understand the course will include colour powder stations and I/my family will be sprayed with colour powder at each station.
• I am/my family are in a proper physical and mental condition to participate in the event and acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and voluntarily agree to assume those risks. 
• I confirm and understand that the medical information provided about myself/my child is accurate.
• I understand this is a non-supervised U18s program I am responsible for the supervision of my child/ren at all times.
• This is an alcohol and drug free event.
• I will not bring glass items to the event, including glasses, bottles, jars or any other containers or items made of glass.
• Bikes, scooters or any wheeled type vehicle/accessory are not permitted on the course.
• Dogs who are good with children, good in crowds and good with other dogs are allowed to attend on short leashes and at owners risk. 
• Animals that fall under the Dangerous Dog Act in Australia are barred from entry.
• Prams, push along trikes and wagons that are always in control by an adult are allowed.
• I hereby indemnify Project Madagascar, including but not limited to its volunteers, employees and authorised officers against any and all claims arising from, or in connection with, any loss or injury and/or damage that myself/my child suffers, or that myself/my child may cause to another person, and/or any loss or damage to property, equipment or personal effects belonging to myself/my child, or any other person, arising either directly or incidental to any activity or event administered by Project Madagascar unless due to the gross negligence or wilful  misconduct of Project Madagascar.
• I give permission for Project Madagascar to take, use and reproduce photographic / video / film / digital images of myself/my child for the purpose of advertising Project Madagascar/MADA Colour Run (including, but not limited to, magazines and other printed material, website and social media).
